He bought a grade II listed Jacobean mansion near Cranleigh in Surrey.The mansion dated back to the 17th century but the rockstar updated the home with lots of modern facilities.
The property was first bought for £2million in 1999 and Ringo owned it for 15 years before putting it on the market for a rumoured £20million.
It featured a cottage, cinema, music room and even had a helipad on site.There was plenty of space for entertaining with six bedrooms and six reception rooms.The estate was on 200 acres of land which includes peaceful lakes and formal gardens.
The property is located in Cranleigh, which sits around eight miles from Guildford in Surrey.
